The LIFEBREATH HRV is designed to allow two streams of air to pass on either side of an aluminum heat exchange core. In the winter, the aluminum core transfers heat from the stale, outgoing air to the fresh, incoming air so efficiently that there's virtually no heat loss to the outside. During the summer months, the HRV works in reverse to keep your home cool and fresh.
